Once connected to a Zone controller, you will have access to the same web-based interface (WebApp) as you would on a computer browser, minus the settings pages by default. This includes:
- All fader and level adjustments
- Input/output routing matrices
- Source Selection: Microphone and line input switching
- Routine and Preset triggering
- Announcement triggering
Touchscreen navigation
In its function as a touchscreen device, ZonePad 8 features an additional navigation option over normal WebApp.
Swiping down from the top of the screen will reveal the connected Zone's IP address and a navigation menu. This navigation menu includes the following buttons:
- Back Button: Returns to the device selection screen
- Reload Button: Refreshes the current page
- Hide Button: Hides the top bar for full-screen operation
ZonePad Settings
Access ZonePad-specific settings by tapping the gear icon on the main screen:
- Device ID: Shows your ZonePad's unique identifier
- Version: Displays current ZonePad software version
- Brightness Control: Slider to adjust screen brightness (10%-100%)
- Update Management: Check for and install ZonePad software updates
Editing Manually Added Devices
- Tap the gear icon on the device card
- Modify the IP address or name as needed
- Save your changes
Removing Offline Devices
- Tap the cloud-off icon on the device card
- Confirm removal when prompted
Device Status Indicators
- Recently Connected: Highlighted border for the most recently used device
- Offline Warning: Cloud-off icon for unreachable devices
- Version Warning: Warning triangle for devices with outdated firmware
- Loading States: Progress indicators during connection
