If you are an end user, installer, dealer or sub-distributor, all returns and repairs will need to be processed via the Optimal Audio distribution partner in your region. Details of which can be found here - Where To Buy.
If required, distributors can request an RMA directly. Please ensure you include the product, serial number and fault description in your request.
