From WebApp Home Screen go to - Settings > Software > Maintenance.
Logs
The three buttons give access to log files stored on the unit.
Bootloader Log
The bootloader log maintains a record of firmware version updates. In rare cases where an update fails, logs relating to this will be found here for our support team to analyse.
Error Log
The error log contains debug information relating to any unrecoverable error.
Application Log
The application log contains status messages relating to the general operation of the Zone unit and WebApp. Including, but not limited to, network information, system temperature, fan speed (Zone 4P and 8P only). From WebApp 1.6.0, the application log includes a search bar for easier filtering in addition to preset filters or Erroe, Warning, Info and Status logs.
The application log is downloadable via the 'Download Log' button. This will download a log.txt file, which is also accessible on the SD card of the Zone. We will usually ask you to send this to us in order to help effectively. Please see: WebApp - Extracting Log Files
