To access logs navigate to Settings>Software>Maintenance.
The three buttons give access to log files stored on the unit.
In rare cases where there is a problem with updating software with the unit or there is a serious error, then the bootloader log and/or error log will be needed to track down the fault. The bootloader log will indicate the steps taken to unpack a bundle file containing a software update - including any errors encountered.
The error log contains debug information relating to any unrecoverable error and should be sent alongside any support query in this regard.
The application log contains errors, warnings and information relating to operation of the unit. It also contains debug information not normally relevant to the user but can help in tracking down the cause of any problems when submitting a support query.
