The log files of a Zone processor unit contain vital information in helping our support team diagnose any potential issues within WebApp.
If you are having an issue with WebApp and are asked by our support team to supply the log.txt file, please follow these steps.
Connected to WebApp
- Navigate to Settings > Installer Settings/Maintenance*
- Click Application Log > Download Log
- A log.txt file will appear in the downloads of your browser
- Attach the downloaded log.txt file to your support enquiry
Direct from SD Card
- Remove SD Card from the rear of Zone
- Insert SD Card into computer slot/adapter
- Copy log.txt file into your support enquiry
