Introduced in version 1.2, WebApp is capable of creating system diagrams that can be easily exported as a shareable .pdf or exported to editing platforms to add further detail. Navigate to Settings > Diagram. WebApp will automatically generate a system diagram for your current WebApp settings, displaying the zone, input and output names as well as IP address, mDNS friendly name and output routing.
Text fields below the diagram can be used to add additional information such as facility name and address, date, .
WebApp also allows a pop-out system diagram function, making it easier to work on multiple screens. By clicking the icon at the top right of the window, the system diagram will appear in a separate window. As you make changes within WebApp, the diagram will update your audio paths and configurations, allowing you to make informed decisions and adjustments.
The Desktop Demo variant of this page allows virtual ZonePad controllers to be manually added. A live unit will display only the controllers that are physically connected.
Exporting Diagram to Draw.IO
If you wish to further edit your system diagram, WebApp also provides a drawing export for DRAW.IO via Mermaid diagram markdown text.
Click the link to open DRAW.IO in your web browser. Then, in WebApp, click Copy diagram for DRAW.IO. To paste the copied text into DRAW.IO, go to Arrange > Insert > Mermaid. Your system diagram is now ready to be edited using DRAW.IO features.
