This article addresses issues some users reported with Bluesound integration in WebApp in BluOS firmware versions 4.10 and 4.12 whereby instead of presets, artwork and playback controls showing in a zone view, the message 'Error: Could not connect to streamer' is displayed instead. This message also displays in Streamer Settings when configuring a Bluesound device.
As of February 2026, Bluesound has released version 4.14.x which addresses and fixes this integration issue. This has been confirmed and tested by our internal software team.
WebApp users with BluOS devices in their installations are encouraged to update to this latest version when prompted to do so by your Bluesound Controller application.
